Sending a heartful thank you to Sergey and Aigars for managing my move so effectively in such difficult circumstances. I was already feeling very stressed as the flat I was moving into had some issues I wasn't expecting. On the morning of the move the guys arrived exactly on time, discussed next steps with me and cleared the flat I was moving from quickly and efficiently. The problems started when we arrived at my new property - the lift was out of order and my flat was on the 7th floor. Sergey and Aigars took this in their stride which kept me calm. A move that should have been finished in an hour took the better part of the day. At the end everyone was close to collapse but they still managed to smile. Thank you so much again, I cannot recommend this company enough. ~ Gaynor

We used MO transport today and I cannot thank the team enough. Sergey was amazing from start to finish, his positive attitude no matter what really eased what could have been a super stressful day. Everything was handled with such care but at such speed. He was like an energiser bunny!. He even came back later to drop a plant we had forgotten about and accepted it was possibly lost! Communication with Martins before was also brilliant, for something super last minute and right after new years MO Transports saved us a massive headache. Sergay was incredible. He went the extra mile and did an excellent job. Very very fast considering all the stairs he had to do up to my new flat. He even noticed I was feeling dizzy due to the climbing and offered to do the rest, he also purposely picked smaller bags for me so it would be easier. Another thing was that he quickly fixed my clothing rail without even a second thought, whiping down to get his tool box to use and fixing it in place. He was also a very lovely man and let me play my music the entire 3 hour journey which was a very lovely experience. Sergay and Aigaros were amazing! I just had a move out and move in appointment today! 1. They were extremely kind 2. They were very fast and careful when loading and unloading, they couldn’t park infront of the building so they parked on the other side of the street, so they were very cautious with my items making sure they stay safe and not left unattended! 3. It only took them 8 minutes give or take to load everything into the van and I had many boxes and bags. 4. They offered me a ride to the moving destination! 5. My clothing rack was a bit wobbly and its screws were loose. They went out of their way to fix it and then surprised me with that, before moving it into the flat 🥲 Overall, this is my second experience with this company and their employees, customer service and support is amazing. Will definitely be using them again in the near future! ~ z

Martins and his team were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond providing an excellent service, responded to queries very quickly, checked in prior to the move and on the day. They were really friendly, very prompt and efficient with time keeping. The company certainly exceeded my high standards of what they did moving our daughter's furniture from Exeter to Bristol and how fast they worked with no breaks, not messing around with mobile phones or time wasting they just got on with a job. Sergey and Lauri's were fantastic. They arrived on time, were fast, professional and didn't damage any of our things. They were really careful with our electronics, china and other delicate things which we were really happy about. We had a table that was quite difficult to get through the doors. But after taking one of the legs off and then putting it back on, they were easily able to get it through. We also asked them to help re-assemble our bed and baby cot which was a massive help. Honestly, I didn't imagine that my house shifting would be soo easy and friendly. Rob and Regan was super friendly and made me aware of all of my options in terms of cost/pricing.. where I can save my cost and how. This really helps in building the trust factor. Secondly, this is the cheapest House move service I came across. I explored many options and this comes best in terms of everything. I used MO Transports for my 1 bed flat move from Bradley Stoke to Nailsea yesterday and they were absolutely brilliant! Sergey & Grant arrived on time, were extremely helpful and patient, as well as being friendly and professional. There were a LOT of stairs involved and an added stop to collect a wardrobe. They didn't complain once. In fact, they made it look easy! I was knackered just watching them!!! Very competitive prices. Martins took me on at last minute when another removal company had failed me. He was very efficient. I was a nervous customer because I had had such a bad experience with the previous company. Martins stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process so there were no communication problems. The guys packed everything very efficiently into the lift and took care of my stuff. I felt comfortable they knew what they were doing. We finished what looked like a huge job in 2 hours at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. ~ allison s

They were really professional when I reached out online. I contacted a few people and they then matched another competitive quote online as I thought they seemed better. They indeed were, they arrived with two people although I was only quoted for one and they arrived earlier than expected (and were willing to wait if I wasn't ready). Cannot recommend Sergey and Lauris enough! They helped my partner and I move house and through the whole process they were so helpful and cheery - it was an absolute pleasure having them around and they made moving actually enjoyable!! Also I must commend their driving skills, as we moved to a very narrow, one way street, and they still managed to expertly drive down and park by the house, which we had not anticipated happening! Martins and his team helped me move from a 3 bed house into my new house. They worked so hard throughout the day in such hot weather. They put my belongings in the rooms where the boxes were labelled and helped assemble my furniture! They even took my window out and put it back again to get a large table in. I couldn’t fault them. I found this company on Gumtree and was impressed with their professional communication and fair price. I needed a kitchen dresser over 2 metres high, but came in two parts. The top half is tall and glazed. Two men collected the item and delivered to me. They were very polite and tidy men and efficient. I appreciate their communication, efficiency and politeness as it is not always comfortable having strangers coming inside your house. I highly recommend them. ~ Karen v

We used MOtransport's removal's service recently for a local house move. The men arrived on time, made a quick assessment in order to make a plan as to what items to load to the van in what order, and got on with the work with utmost professionalism. They were very careful with the furniture and also ensured there was no damage to the walls or doors. We had booked them for 4 hours, and they finished the job in time. Highly recommend for removals services in Bristol area… I did my house moving recently and used their services. The process was simple and quick. Martins helped us move house. They worked really hard shifting the contents of our 3 bed house to our new home. They disassembled and assembled our furniture at such a fast pace! They looked after our belongings really well. We had to do two trips as we didn’t have quite enough room on the first load but that wasn’t a problem. I was impressed and the price is very reasonable. Outstanding service! I had been struggling to find a removals company at such short notice and these guys have been absolute life savers!
