From the 1st interaction to final box being placed in our new home has made the stressful job of moving into a not so stressful job! Clear pricing structure, very reasonable rates. Easy to pay. Polite and friendly team without being too familiar. Nothing was too much, they worked quickly and with care. They listened when we asked for items to be put in particular places. They even carried boxes to our cars as they were too heavy for me. When we realised that the clean up afterwards had exposed that it was too much for us to handle ourselves, I emailed the team and asked for more help. They were able to help the following day and again were amazing! I can not recommend them enough. Every member of MO transport that has helped has been amazing. Sending a heartful thank you to Sergey and Aigars for managing my move so effectively in such difficult circumstances. I was already feeling very stressed as the flat I was moving into had some issues I wasn't expecting. On the morning of the move the guys arrived exactly on time, discussed next steps with me and cleared the flat I was moving from quickly and efficiently. The problems started when we arrived at my new property - the lift was out of order and my flat was on the 7th floor. Sergey and Aigars took this in their stride which kept me calm. A move that should have been finished in an hour took the better part of the day. At the end everyone was close to collapse but they still managed to smile. MO Transport – Man with a Van did an absolutely incredible job helping us move. We moved in early October, and even now while I’m still clearing and organising things in the new house keep thinking about how efficient and professional they were. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They were punctual, hardworking, and handled all our belongings with great care. We used MO transport today and I cannot thank the team enough. Sergey was amazing from start to finish, his positive attitude no matter what really eased what could have been a super stressful day. Everything was handled with such care but at such speed. He was like an energiser bunny!. He even came back later to drop a plant we had forgotten about and accepted it was possibly lost! Communication with Martins before was also brilliant, for something super last minute and right after new years MO Transports saved us a massive headache. Sergay was incredible. He went the extra mile and did an excellent job. Very very fast considering all the stairs he had to do up to my new flat. He even noticed I was feeling dizzy due to the climbing and offered to do the rest, he also purposely picked smaller bags for me so it would be easier. Another thing was that he quickly fixed my clothing rail without even a second thought, whiping down to get his tool box to use and fixing it in place. He was also a very lovely man and let me play my music the entire 3 hour journey which was a very lovely experience. I cannot recommend Serje and his team highly enough. From start to finish they were professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout what is usually such a stressful process. This was not an easy move they had to navigate two full flights of stairs, one external and one internal but they never once stopped or slowed down. They worked like Trojans, with care, strength, and good humour throughout. Thanks to them, the whole move felt manageable and even enjoyable at times. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we needed. Sergay and Aigaros were amazing! I just had a move out and move in appointment today! 1. They were extremely kind 2. They were very fast and careful when loading and unloading, they couldn’t park infront of the building so they parked on the other side of the street, so they were very cautious with my items making sure they stay safe and not left unattended! 3. It only took them 8 minutes give or take to load everything into the van and I had many boxes and bags. 4. They offered me a ride to the moving destination! 5. My clothing rack was a bit wobbly and its screws were loose. They went out of their way to fix it and then surprised me with that, before moving it into the flat 🥲 Overall, this is my second experience with this company and their employees, customer service and support is amazing. Will definitely be using them again in the near future! ~ z

Martins and his team were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond providing an excellent service, responded to queries very quickly, checked in prior to the move and on the day. They were really friendly, very prompt and efficient with time keeping. The company certainly exceeded my high standards of what they did moving our daughter's furniture from Exeter to Bristol and how fast they worked with no breaks, not messing around with mobile phones or time wasting they just got on with a job. Sergey and Lauris were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Genuinely the best movers we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They were friendly, funny, really polite, loved the tunes we had playing, and got straight to work from the moment they arrived. They were unbelievably efficient and made the whole move look effortless. Everything was done so much quicker than we expected. What really stood out was how willing they were to go the extra mile, even with things they absolutely didn’t have to help us with. Nothing felt like too much trouble and they made what could have been a really stressful day feel so much easier. We’ve had loads of people help us move over the years, but Sergey and Lauris were by far the most efficient, professional, polite and friendly movers we’ve ever dealt with. This was the first time I had eve used movers for a house move and I didn’t know what to expect. They were punctual, friendly, and polite. They made it all seem like not too much trouble at all and they were incredibly communicative throughout the process. They worked very fast but were really careful with all our belongings. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, it took all the stress out of the day for us. The price was also incredibly reasonable!! Well had the big day today moving from Bristol to burnham on sea. I must say using motransport was a great choice. Easy to book just sent video of my stuff. Called in yesterday which put my mind at ease to see how much stuff I had. Made me feel confident about the move. Turned up on time this morning Sergey and Aigars. Lovely lads nothing was to much trouble even un plumbed and plumbed my washing machine in. Sergey and Lauri's were fantastic. They arrived on time, were fast, professional and didn't damage any of our things. They were really careful with our electronics, china and other delicate things which we were really happy about. We had a table that was quite difficult to get through the doors. But after taking one of the legs off and then putting it back on, they were easily able to get it through. We also asked them to help re-assemble our bed and baby cot which was a massive help. Honestly, I didn't imagine that my house shifting would be soo easy and friendly. Rob and Regan was super friendly and made me aware of all of my options in terms of cost/pricing.. where I can save my cost and how. This really helps in building the trust factor. Secondly, this is the cheapest House move service I came across. I explored many options and this comes best in terms of everything. Best company for moving homes!!! Reece and Igor were absolutely fantastic made the whole process less stressful, even though we had to wait a hour and half for keys to be released. They didn’t rush anything stayed an extra 2 and half hours to make sure all our stuff was in the new home. Even took off their shoes when going in to the new carpeted bedrooms!! Price wise was almost half the price of nearest quote but twice the work ethic! I can’t recommend this company enough!! Thank you very much guys!! ~ ONXX

The MO team recently helped move us from Bristol to South Wales and I could not recommend them enough. Algars and Lauris were fantastic from start to finish. They moved us into our new home in Bristol in just four hours and worked incredibly hard throughout. I cannot praise MO highly enough. Igar, Dan and Ruben were polite, efficient, hard working and conscientious. They tackled the work with aplomb and emptied our house in under two hours. By the time we had arrived at our new place they were already there and ready to get to work immediately. The only time I saw them stop at any point was during a period of heavy rain; and that was only because they didn't want our stuff to get wet. MO Removals were absolutely amazing! Sergey and Vaidas did a fantastic job — super efficient and got our whole move done in just 4 hours, even though we were on the 3rd floor with no parking nearby. They managed to get a big 3-seater sofa up the stairs with no trouble at all. Everything arrived in perfect condition — no marks, no breaks, nothing damaged. I used MO Transports for my 1 bed flat move from Bradley Stoke to Nailsea yesterday and they were absolutely brilliant! Sergey & Grant arrived on time, were extremely helpful and patient, as well as being friendly and professional. There were a LOT of stairs involved and an added stop to collect a wardrobe. They didn't complain once. In fact, they made it look easy! I was knackered just watching them!!! Very competitive prices. Martins took me on at last minute when another removal company had failed me. He was very efficient. I was a nervous customer because I had had such a bad experience with the previous company. Martins stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process so there were no communication problems. The guys packed everything very efficiently into the lift and took care of my stuff. I felt comfortable they knew what they were doing. We finished what looked like a huge job in 2 hours at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. ~ allison s

They were really professional when I reached out online. I contacted a few people and they then matched another competitive quote online as I thought they seemed better. They indeed were, they arrived with two people although I was only quoted for one and they arrived earlier than expected (and were willing to wait if I wasn't ready). Everything was moved quickly without a hitch and the two staff we had were so smiley and lovley. Just unbelievably amazing service. I will definitely be using them again! ~ Benjamin H
